I’m Keri Lemmons, a Holistic Healing & Rest Specialist and stress transformation guide, here to help you break free from hustle culture and reclaim your energy. Rest isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation for a healthier, more vibrant life.
For years, I lived in survival mode. Chronic fatigue, trauma, and relentless pressure left me drained and disconnected. My body shut down before I realized stress was running my life. That’s when everything changed. I walked away from the beliefs and patterns keeping me stuck and rebuilt my life from the inside out.
Now, with 20+ years in holistic health, I help others do the same. Using intuitive healing for stress and anxiety, neuroscience-backed techniques, and energy work, I guide clients to release stress, restore balance, and prioritize their well-being—without guilt. Through Reiki, NLP, NIS, meditation, and holistic healing, I teach people how to listen to their bodies and embrace a rest-filled life.
